An apprenticeship offers you a quicker way into working life and allows you to gather plenty of practical experience. Compared to a course of study, an apprenticeship focuses on practical work and carrying out various tasks. You therefore earn your own wage from the very first day.
What makes STAHL CraneSystems so attractive for your apprenticeship?
Our departments are small and provide a personal atmosphere and a very good working environment. All apprentices are looked after individually and receive immediate assistance if they have problems or questions. You are firmly integrated into the various working groups, which gives you an early opportunity to contribute and deal with demanding tasks appropriate for your level of training.
Training with a broader view
We support a thirst for knowledge and eagerness to learn wherever we can. We therefore provide many appropriate training and professional development courses, such as training sessions, seminars, crane driver’s licence, etc. The GABI-Project gives you the opportunity to spend a few weeks in another firm and expand your professional horizons there.
Alongside learning and work, there’s also time for social activities at STAHL CraneSystems. To make starting here easier, we organise introductory days each year, when you can meet the other apprentices. You will also grow closer to each other outside the working environment on the regular apprenticeship excursions to top up your energy stocks together.
