The basis for every crane

The robust crane endcarriages are manufactured in modern series production. They are easy to mount on both suspension cranes (underslung cranes) and bridge cranes. The wheels, made of high-quality spheroidal graphite cast iron with self-lubrication, come in various diameters. The buffer stops are delivered as standard.

Endcarriages for bridge cranes

Bridge cranes are used in industry wherever loads need to be moved through the air. Their applications range from simple workplace solutions and inter-hall crane systems to complex automation. The classical bridge cranes cover safe working loads between 63 kg and 160,000 kg.
Endcarriages for suspension cranes

Suspension cranes are used when site restrictions make them necessary. Higher safe working loads and custom solutions are naturally possible for specific applications.
Self-supporting structure

Special crane with an SH wire rope hoist for a natural stone trader. A wire rope hoist from the SH series serves as lifting equipment on both crane bridges. The other crane components such as control equipment and endcarriages also stem from STAHL CraneSystems.
Explosion-proof single girder suspension crane

This explosion-proof special crane consists of a radio-controlled suspension crane with two SH 40 wire rope hoists, which can be operated separately or in tandem mode.
Single girder overhead travelling crane

The endcarriages are adapted to the ceiling using various connection variants to enable optimal use of the space available. In addition to this, a raised crane bridge allows an extension in the lifting height.
Double girder suspension crane

The custom solution, especially developed for the low production hall, consists of two customised double girder suspension cranes in lightweight T-girder design. Raised crane bridges with raised ST 20 chain hoists enable an extremely short headroom of 57.8 cm.
Double girder overhead travelling crane

A double girder overhead travelling crane with an AS 7 wire rope hoist and lifting capacity of 40,000 kg is used to transport heavy coils in an aluminium processing plant. It is equipped with an additional SHR wire rope hoist with a lifting capacity of 12,000 kg as auxiliary hoist.

In its standard version the single girder overhead travelling crane is equipped with a festoon cable power supply along the crane bridge and with control pendants. Radio control is possible on request.
Double girder suspension crane

A 30 t special chain hoist with 12-fold reeved chain is used for a maintenance crane in the metallurgical plant of a nickel mine. The compact chain hoist is mounted on a double girder suspension crane as double rail crab.
