STAHL CraneSystems’ STF chain hoists will in future be equipped with frequency inverters from Magnetek as standard. They improve control by precise, stepless lifting and travel and provide reliable feedback. This ensures greater safety for the operator and less stress on structural, mechanical and control components.
The typical features of the ST chain hoist from STAHL CraneSystems remain unchanged: ambient temperatures from -10 °C to +40 °C, all available voltage ranges and numerous possibilities for individual adaptation. A newly developed, simplified mounting of the encoder with 1024 ppr ensures reliable feedback even in rugged operation. Further, great importance was attached during development to easy commissioning of the hoist.
In addition to the frequency inverter for lifting, customers can also choose a frequency-controlled drive. The big advantage here is that both frequency inverters are based on the well-known Magnetek frequency inverters of the type Impulse G+ Mini. In general, all STAHL CraneSystems products will in future be equipped with Magnetek frequency inverters from the Impulse family. These can be parameterized both via external software and directly via input on the display.
