1922 | Development and production of the first SS type electric hoist with wire rope and drum. For the first time, this permits greater lifting heights and faster hoisting speeds. |
1952 | Series production of the C type electric wire rope hoists begins. Thanks to its modular design, it is extremely versatile and its possible applications are practically unlimited. Also for the first time, two lifting speeds are possible. |
1978 | Launch of the AS series of wire rope hoists. This hoist too is of modular design. Motor, gear and drum are arranged behind one another on a common axis. |
1998 | The new generation: the fruit of many years of experience is the modern SH wire rope hoist with variable performance characteristics. It is one of the most up-to-date wire rope hoist designs in a compact U configuration. |
2004 | Launch of the SHW winch. The lifting capacity of the wire rope hoists is extended into the heavy load range. |
2008 | Launch of the explosion-protected SH wire rope hoist for use in gas liquefaction plants (LNG). |
2010 | The AS 7 ZW series wire rope hoist with twin hoist extends the S.W.L. range of this field-proven wire rope hoist into the heavyweight class. |
2011 | Launch of the new SW standard winch with load capacities of up to 250 t. |
2013 | The AS series is extended by the ASR 7. The wire rope hoist has been especially developed for the load capacity range between 20 and 32 tonnes. |
2015 | Introduction of SHA wire rope hoist series. |
